"Everything is connected"
Founded in 2005, Bridges M&C is a regional agency with offices in Singapore and Malaysia and associates across the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific regions. Since 2008, Bridges M&C has specialised in serving clients from the medical device, medtech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries, with national, region-wide, and multinational projects.
We are a results-driven agency that sets and exceeds key performance indicator (KPI) targets for every project.
We are experienced in a wide spectrum of communications specific and unique to the medical and healthcare industries from public disease awareness, patient advocacy campaigns, and social media engagement, to symposia for thought leaders, training for healthcare practitioners (HCPs), trade fairs and conferences, and high-level white paper production.
We are adept at devising social media campaigns that communicate truthfully to stakeholders, while adhering to internal and external prevailing rules and regulations governing the publicity of drugs and medical devices.
Congratulations to our Founder and Regional Account Director for being conferred the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2022! Established in 2002, the SOE is probably the only entrepreneurial award in Singapore organised by a non-profit organisation, where awardees are selected through a thorough interview process, and not by how much they could spend to win.
“I have worked with Bridges M&C as a key opinion leader on several public health, cancer awareness campaigns with different pharmaceutical companies and have found them professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.”
Dr Choo Su Pin

"I have worked with Bridges M&C as a key opinion leader (KOL) for several medical aesthetics brands now. When generating media coverage, they strike the delicate balance between meeting our objectives as KOLs, as well as those of the brands they work for, all while ensuring we abide by the guidelines established by the local health authorities."
Dr Hew Yin Keat
Aesthetic Physician and founder, The M∙A∙C∙ Clinic, Founding member of Malaysian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (MSAM)
"Whenever a pharma company engages me as a KOL for their campaigns, I often ask if they are working with Bridges M&C. Established in the medical and healthcare industry in Singapore and across the region, Bridges M&C do more than just media relations and often introduce me to connections who can add value to my practice."
Dr Ben Ng

"Bridges M&C are knowledgeable and well informed of the latest developments in various therapeutic areas and they regularly research and compose my email interviews with B2B or mainstream media. Communicating medical information to the public is difficult as one has to balance the need to inform with the conscious desire to not create fear. As Bridges M&C speak the same language as us, capturing key aspects of diseases awareness and translating them into meaningful media coverage is often a breeze with them.”
Dr Sriram Narayanan
Senior Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon,
The Harley Street Heart & Vascular Centre, Gleneagles Hospital
Bridges M&C’s account directors have a wealth of previous experience in all aspects of the communications industry; having worked as journalists and editors, in-house corporate communications directors in multinational corporations, and account managers in PR and advertising agencies.
Over the years, we have built a solid reputation as effective health communicators, thanks to an in-depth understanding of the mainstream, trade, and social media landscapes and the rules and regulations governing the marketing and publicising of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and services.
Our team is as adept at generating technical articles for the trade media read by healthcare professionals as we are at making complex medical topics understandable and relevant for the general public reading consumer media. And we do it in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai.
